Your donations in action...
Your tax-deductible gifts to LifePath Hospice help others by supporting many of our vital programs and services. In honor of the many different people whose lives we touch, we offer a variety of giving opportunities to match each individual’s own level of support.
We are frequently asked by patients, family members and friends, “How can we help LifePath Hospice?” “What can we do to thank LifePath Hospice for the care and support that they provided to our family?” Memorial gifts are the most popular.
LifePath Hospice is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit organization. LifePath Hospice does not turn away patients who are uninsured or otherwise unable to pay for hospice care. In 2006, LifePath Hospice provided $4 million in charity care. In order to continue to meet the needs of patients and families who cannot pay for hospice services, we rely on community contributions.
Your gift to LifePath Hospice will help support LifePath Hospice’s charitable care programs, which include providing hospice care to those who are uninsured or otherwise unable to pay for services; Camp Circle of Love for bereaved children; and the Caregiver Program, which allows patients with a fragile caregiver, or no caregiver at all, to receive hospice care where they are most comfortable -- at home.

Who is Ray Kitchens?
Ray Kitchens was a loving father and caring husband, who we lost November 6, last year. This Memorial Run is in his name, to honor his memory, and to change this horrid week into something glorious for my family, and other families, by supporting the angelic services that Hospice provides. If it weren't for Hospice’s, gentle, physical care of my dad and their emotional support, I wouldn’t be here. They allowed my father to pass in comfort and with dignity in his own home. Hospice gives Care, Dignity, and Respect... things money can’t buy. My family and I, with the help of the community, hope to raise a record-setting amount in order for Hospice to proliferate their angelic duties here on earth.
