CALLING ALL VENDORS AT QUAKER STEAK & LUBE 12-8!
Vendor space at Quaker Steak & Lube is available for $30, plus donation of an ITEM ($5+ value) to go into a Gift Basket for a prize giveaway. YOU MAY AFFIX YOUR ADVERTISING INFORMATION TO YOUR DONATED ITEM. PLEASE BRING CHECK AND COMPLETED APPLICATION TO SHOW, IF AFTER OCTOBER 29TH-DO NOT MAIL, then call Sherrie at (813) 774-9785 to make sure there's still space. Payable in advance to insure your space (only 30 spaces!), checks made out to LifePath Hospice–Ray Kitchens Memorial Run, and mail to: Shirley Kitchens, 3719 S. Forbes Rd., Dover, FL 33527. Set-up time is 11:00 and runs from 12 until 8:00. Platinum and Gold sponsors receive a FREE vendor space to display their products or services. All vendors will be responsible to provide tables, tents, chairs, powercords/strips, or any other furnishings that they will require. 10x10 space. WHEN? WHAT? WHERE? & WHY?
On Saturday, November 1st, 2008, the First Annual Ray Kitchens Memorial Pirate Treasure Run to Benefit LifePath Hospice will be held. All proceeds raised by this event will directly support efforts of LifePath Hospice to continue to provide care and support services to the community (see right).

The “First Annual Ray Kitchens Memorial Pirate Treasure Run” is open to everyone and any vehicle type. The Pirate Treasure Run will consist of 5-6 stops at various mapped-out locations, across 3 counties (rugged runners only =0), where games will be played, and tickets and coins drawn for prize drawings at the final destination. Live music provided by Quarker Steak & Lube, the final destination.

SPONSORING A WORTHY CAUSE:
LifePath Hospice is a 501(c)(3) is a not-for-profit organization, tax exempt charitable organization, your donations are tax deductible and we will provide receipts, when requested. Please use your cancelled checks as receipts to minimize our materials use.

Monetary donations will be utilized for Liability Insurance for the day, fundraising items, such as T-shirts and patches, and print advertising. We also need gift certificates or merchandise donated by you for door prizes.
